Before registering via EDAS, please read the following registration information carefully.
Letters of Invitation
Our policy is to issue letters of invitation only to speakers, presenters, committee members, or persons known to the organizing committee after the registration fee is paid in full. Letters are only sent by mail or fax and only to the individual registered for the conference.
Send your request for an invitation letter to Elias Weingärtner, who gladly assists you under the above conditions.
Conference Fees
The conference fee includes a copy of the proceedings, admission to all sessions, lunches provided during the conference, morning and afternoon refreshments, and the social event. Tutorials need to be paid separately. Please note that all prices are in Euros (EUR) (currency converter).

Mandatory author presence: for each accepted paper, at least one author needs to register at the full (IEEE or non-IEEE member) rate by June 20th, 2008, 5pm CEST and present the paper at the conference. Otherwise, the paper cannot be published. For student authors, the student rate is only available if another author of the same paper attends P2P'08 at the full rate.
The tutorials are charged for separately.
If you pay by wired transfer, please add EUR 15,00 per payment as wired-transfer fees.
Please register for P2P'08 via EDAS. Creating a new EDAS account is a simple single-step process.
Since EDAS is used only for the conference registration, please ignore the following message on the payment receipt:

Hotel Reservations
You can find hotel rooms at a wide range of attractive rates throughout the city center of Aachen on the hotel map and book them via our Hotel Reservation page. The listed hotels hold dedicated capacities for P2P'08 until six to four weeks before the conference and we recommend booking rooms early. If you would like to share a hotel room with other participant, please use this poll to contact other attendees.
Refund Policy
We are sorry that we can not refund any registration fees after Aug. 3rd, 2008.
Local Registration and Information
Our local registration desk is available to you for all concerns regarding the conference:
- Monday, Sep. 8th in the morning before the tutorials at the tutorial location
- Monday, Sep. 8th at the Welcome Reception
- Tuesday, Sep. 9th to Thursday, Sep. 11th at the conference venue
